My How To Do Manual/How To Make Enchiladas

Enchiladas are one of my most favorite Mexican foods. Chili tortilla rolled up stuffed with cheese and smothered with it as well. You can different kinds of enchiladas. You can make green chili or red chili enchiladas. Also you can stuff it with almost anything. You stuff it with beef chicken and any other kind of meet. You can have many combinations and the good thing is you can choose whatever you like. I am going to show how to make my favorite type of enchiladas. They are red chili chicken enchiladas.

The first thing you have to do of course is to get all the supplies you need. You will need some chicken, tortillas, chili, cheese, beans, and rice. After you have the supplies you will put the chili in water. You will until it starts boiling and the chili gets soft. Then you will get the chili and put it in a blender and blend it until it is smooth. Then you will put the chili in a pot and heat it up. That’s the chili part.

Now it’s the tortilla part. This part is actually the easy part. What you is you get a pan. And put some oil in it just enough to cover the whole bottom of it. Then you heat it up after its warm you put the tortilla in the oil and let it sit there until it start getting a little crisp. Then you flip it over. Then when both sides look okay take it out. Make sure it’s not to crisp so you can roll the tortillas. After take the tortilla out you dip it in the chili on both side and just lay it on a plate. You repeat the same thing over and over depending on how much you want. You just make a little stack on that little plate.

Now it’s time for the chicken, I only know what to do after it’s cooked. I don’t know how to cook it yet. Well after the chicken is cooked and ready you start to shred it with hands. The pieces should be small and thin. You shred as much chicken you think would be good enough for the amount of enchiladas you have. After its all shredded you pull out a plate and you go to your already chili covered tortillas. You put as much chicken as you want on the tortilla as long as you are able to roll it. After you put the chicken on the tortilla you roll it up and put it on the plate that you pulled out. You can roll up as many tortillas as you want. You are now done with the hard part.

Now all you need is the cheese beans and rice. The beans and rice should already be ready. I am only showing you how to make the enchiladas. Anyways you get the cheese and spread it all over the top of the enchiladas. And your enchiladas are done. Finishing touches are you just put a side of beans and rice. You will put some cheese on your beans if you choose. And Your Enchilada Plate is done Enjoy!
